Business Improvement & Data Analytics
The Business Improvement & Data Analytics Team is a group of individuals with an eclectic set of responsibilities that are focused on supporting the Faculty of Medicine Executive group to operationalise its strategic direction as well as develop and implement new initiatives, analytics, processes, procedures and guidelines to support the effective and efficient functioning of professional services across the Faculty. The team focuses its efforts in 3 main areas:
- Data Analytics – including specialist reporting and preparing future forecast models
- Business Improvement - incorporating Accreditation, Quality and Evaluation coordination, Scholarship, Prizes and Endowment support and coordination, and Governance, Planning and Special Projects support
- Strategic Development and Health Partnerships.
