  3. Better understanding of client expectations
  4. Better practices in professional service delivery leveraged from elsewhere at UQ
  5. Improved visibility for professional staff and clients on 'who is who'

What is the indicative timing for completion?

It is anticipated this project will commence in April next year and be completed by early August 2019.
