The purpose of this project is to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of a new peer-led wellbeing program in retirement communities. Tasks include but are not limited to: - Reviews of the literature - Co-design workshops - Participant recruitment and pilot testing - RCT design and implementation An RHD student will be expected to to conduct the statistical analyses for all studies and publish the research outputs. Previous experience or education in statistics and/or intervention design is highly regarded.
