This 3-day interactive workshop aims to provide guidance in grant/fellowship writing, grantsmanship, clinical trial design, biostatistics, budgeting, bibliometrics and career development through mentorship, lectures and group discussions. The workshop will involve lectures from topic experts and panel discussions, and attendees will be assigned with an experienced primary and secondary mentor and will receive individual feedback on their application. The goal of the course is to produce a highly competitive funding submission in clinical or pre-clinical research, primarily to NHMRC or MRFF schemes.

This year’s 3-day interactive workshop is fully subscribed, but members of the Faculty of Medicine are invited to join any of the keynote, informative presentations and panel discussions. These will also be recorded and made available after the workshop.
