Christina Balmori

Christina is the Infrastructure Planning Manager and reports to the Manager, Infrastructure and Research Operations. This role coordinates the Faculty’s Infrastructure planning and development requirements. The role manages the processes for effective utilisation and preservation of the Faculty’s infrastructure and provides analysis and feedback to the Faculty Executive team on infrastructure planning matters. Working with the University’s Property and Facilities (P&F) and the various hospital and health services teams, the role oversees the construction projects on behalf of the Faculty.

The role has an important function in acting as the liaison for the Faculty on infrastructure related matters both with internal and external stakeholders. Working with the Manager of Infrastructure and Research Operations, this role works to establish principles for the effective governance, contract and space management of the Faculty infrastructure.
