Flu drug to aid recovery time

UQ Centre for Clinical Research antimicrobial specialist Dr Krispin Hajkowicz is part of a Queensland-first trial of the new flu drug, baloxavir marboxil. The drug will be trialled in the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, as part of a three-year study, where Dr Hajkowicz is the Director of Infectious Diseases.
