Dr Anne-Louise McCawley is the Statewide Clinical Education Program Manager for Social Work and Welfare in Queensland Health. She has degrees in government and public policy, law and social work and completed her PhD in 2007 on the topic of the financial abuse of older people with impaired capacity. She has been employed as a Social Worker in Queensland Health for over 14 years but also worked as a school-based child and family counsellor and research assistant/manager and Solicitor. She was a part-time Lecturer at The University of Queensland until she decided to focus on full-time clinical practice and continues the association with the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work in an Adjunct Senior Lecturer capacity. She volunteers as the National Educational Consultant for the newly formed Palliative Care Social Work Australia. 

Tilé Imo is a Senior Solicitor at Caxton Legal Centre in its Family, Domestic Violence and Elder Law Practice. He is currently the solicitor in a health justice partnership between MSH and Caxton called the Older Persons Advocacy and Legal Service (“OPALS”). OPALS is the first health justice partnership of its kind in Queensland for older people experiencing, or at risk of elder abuse, and is funded by the Commonwealth Government.
