Calling for innovative ideas and contributions to our curriculum

A key focus for the project is on designing a program that is progressive and innovative.  To identify new ideas and help challenge the status quo, we are engaging widely across our broader UQ MD networks as well as the broader community itself.

We have now reached out via email to over 6,000 of our Academic Title Holder colleagues, UQ MD Alumni as well as stakeholders across government, the specialty colleges, health related not-for-profits and peak bodies, health providers and consumer groups to seek their input into the curriculum design. We have received a great response from these stakeholders with many sending in their ideas and feedback or putting their hand up to attend a future workshop.

The project team also attended the UQ partner day of the Metro North Hospital and Health Service Herston State of the Art Healthcare Symposium and spoke at the September Professional Staff Forum for the Faculty.
