The Faculty of Medicine provides a statistical advisory service to:

  • Faculty of Medicine Academics
  • Academic Title Holders
  • Higher Degree Research (HDR) students
  • MD/MBBS students undertaking research within the Faculty of Medicine.

To access this service, please complete the online Statistical Support Service Request form.

Please submit your request well in advance, as appointments may not be available at short notice, particularly in peak periods.

For HDR and MD/MBBS research students, please note that your principal supervisor must approve the request prior to submitting a request form. Approval may be provided by an email approval.

Statistical support for HDR candidates

In addition to the Statistical Advisory Service, HDR candidates can access courses offered through UQ Graduate School‘s Career Development Framework (CDF), or engage with our Lunchtime Statistics Series either live or via the recordings.
