Creating clinical learning environments that are conducive to student learning involves many things, among them ensuring psychological safety and inviting students' pro-active engagement in learning. It is challenging to know what steps to take that would create psychologically safe clinical learning environments. In this Forum we will explore these ideas and simple steps that can be taken towards these goals.
