Alison Pratt
Alison is the Infrastructure Manager for the Faculty of Medicine and reports directly to the Manager, Infrastructure and Research Operations. This role coordinates the daily operations and maintenance of the Faculty’s research, teaching and administration facilities and physical assets. The key goal is to deliver operating, safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose facilities. Her role includes coordinating assistance with minor capital works, relocation activities, procurement planning, authorisation of key and access card requests, maintenance requests with UQ Properties and Facilities (P&F) and hospital and health services. Her team also provides support for facilities related procurement, manage preventative maintenance and repairs, audit and disposal of the Faculty’s assets and records archiving.
Her role supports a wide range of facilities and assets situated across all of the Faculty’s sites including the Rural Clinical Schools.
