Editorial - July 2019

This edition of the Newsletter is mostly devoted to the Mayne Medical Building. Jim Nixon explores some of the mysteries of the building and Christina Balmori gives us a tantalising glimpse of what the building will look like after the current renovations. But if you find the ‘bricks and mortar’ a bit too heavy to deal with; John Hayns presents us with a ‘Quick whiff at the Anaesthetic Collection’.

There are also several interesting snippets in our regular ‘News & Views’ section, including the recent donation to the Museum of items belonging to Errol Solomon Myers and a visit to the Museum by former Curator Merv Cobcroft.

Once again, it is hoped that you enjoy this latest edition!
