Staff Training Programs
UQ and the Faculty of Medicine provide access to a wide range of training resources, some of which are mandatory, and others which are highly encouraged to complete.

*Modules 1 and 2 of the Core Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Learning program (Module 1: Cultures and Identity; Modules 2: My Country, Our Country) are mandatory for all UQ staff. Staff are highly encouraged to complete the remaining modules (Modules 3-10) to deepen understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures, history and society. Each module takes 45-60mins to complete.
Additional mandatory training may be required, depending on an employees role or function. More information
Recommended Training
FoM Staff are highly encouraged to undertake one additional training program per year, and record it as part of their annual appraisal.
