In 2017, the Faculty of Medicine introduced a one-off funding initiative to support investments in research equipment and infrastructure. A total Faculty investment of $470,750 will be awarded to seven teams across two categories.

Applications that support multi-user/multi-disciplinary outcomes are strongly encouraged. This round of funding is open to all researchers in the Faculty.

Applications can be made for both physical research equipment and intangible resources such as new software, database access or licensing agreements (as examples of things that may be relevant to dry-lab research).
